The developer planted a tree approximately 5 years ago very close to the new building . This is very similar to the TPO application that Avdc approved earlier this year see ref 19/00634/ATP - the removal and replacement of a TPO tree on the corner of Wroughton Road because it was planted too close to the building . The Tree surgeon who is dealing wth that tree has strongly recommended that a tree on the opposite side of the road should also not be planted where it is.The tree surgeon recommends replacing the tree with a smaller slow growing one further away from the building . The management company understands that a replacement tree must be planted within the garden boundary FYI If you visit the site you will see the tree on the corner of Wroughton Road under approval 19/00634/ATP has been cut down and the tree surgeon is scheduled to plant a new tree this Autumn close to the garden boundary
