The tree in question is a Sycamore tree. It is at the very bottom of the back garden, against the fence, of 81 Hill Top Avenue. The tree is approx 80ft high and as such is taking away all our afternoon sun - from about 3pm the garden is in dark shade. The tree is taking all the light away.The tree surgeon has stated that the tree needs to be cut back by approx 30% to its previous cutting point, having been trimmed previously about 8 years (DC/041870, Proposal DS/19/CON26). CONS: HAR/CA26, TPO: 69WAlso, there is a self sown Sycamore sapling in the other corner at the very back of the garden - we request if this could be removed also.
