The tree I wish to have felled is a dead Sycamore tree adjacent to the westerly boundary of our garden. The tree is approx 14 metres from the side wall of the house and could cause damage to the building should it collapse in that direction. A sketch plan is enclosed.The tree is completely dead, as shown in the photograph enclosed in my letter of 22nd August and is readily identifiable. There are sufficient trees in the locality and I do not think there is any need to plant a replacement. I propose to employ Ian Pearce, Tree Surgeon, of High Lane to carry out the felling.TPO: 18E
