Extension of an existing farm track as indicated on the existing plan. This track is at the back of the farm and needs extending towards the north west of the site, where it will meet Alt Lane at the position of a blocked up gated access point that is to be re-established. The track will be utilized for farming purposes especially the moving of livestock. At present any livestock that is located within the farm and other land utilized by the farm is moved along Alt Lane itself. This represents a difficult procedure and along with the potential dangers that it posses it is inconvenient for the farm operatives and the general public. The existing access that is currently used is on the corner of the bend where Alders Farm is situated. This bend is a blind bend in both directions on Alt Lane and represents a hazard to the safety of farm users and the livestock. Suitable for livestock and farm operation use
