The track will be utilized for farming purposes especially the moving of livestock. At present any livestock that is located within the farm and other land utilized by the farm is moved along Alt Lane itself. This represents a difficult procedure and along with the potential dangers that it posses it is inconvenient for the farm operatives and the general public. The existing access that is currently used is on the corner of the bend where Alders Farm is situated.
