Description:
Removal of a section of the left hand wall as you face the property - providing access for one vehicle to park outside the property The garden ground/earth will be removed to make the driveway level with the access road. Currently the garden is only a small area of land purely for aesthetics, this plan will allow the parking of one vehicle outside the property. Remodelling of the steps up to the front door to reduce their intrusion into the road, providing easier vehicle access to the proposed driveway and they will be of a much more user friendly design. Currently the steps are rather shallow but tall - making access to the property not as user friendly as it should be. The removed sandstone will then be used to construct a wall which runs along the side access path. This will tie into the remaining section of sandstone wall and run up to the building itself.
