DD 5 DAY NOTICE - Removal of dead Silver Birch Tree in the front garden of our house under DD 5-day NOTICE. We have been advised that the roots of the tree were damaged by contractors installing a water pipe alongside our front garden, to land (not owned by us), at the rear of our property. Since we moved into the property on 1st October 2018, there has been no sign of growth or life in the tree, and it is continually dropping dead branches across our front lawn.We should like to replace the Silver Birch with a standard Copper Beech tree, as near to the original location as underground tree roots will allow.
