Description:
There are currently trees behind our fence which are situated on Tipping Hill Lane but our right behind our fence. One of the trees is particularly leaning over the fence and over our property. When it is windy the tree looks worse and I feel would it would eventually be a hazard for our property. Furthermore, the amount of leaves and branches which fall into our garden is unmanageable without having a green garden waste bin which the council cannot provide at the minute. Furthermore, it also reduces the available light for the garden. I will attach some photos to the application. What we would like to do is to reduce the trees down to around 3ft above our fence height, thus allowing them to still grow but be manageable with the amount of branches and leaves coming into the garden, whilst increasing the natural light.
