- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Status not known
- Address:
- 223 Outwood Road Heald Green Stockpor
- Description:
- T1 - reduce by 2 meters entire canopy to prevent spread over main road and help tree stay in context with its domestic driveway location and clean out canopy. T2 - conifer remove as tree is right in the middle of the front lawn and has taken over the space. I want to allow more light and water to the old oak tree that is already up against compaction from the driveway and public pavement and road. The oak has higher amenity value and looks to be in good condition. I'd like to give it the best chance of retaining vigour as it matures. T3 - Neighbour complaining of structural implications to their property from the leaning tree growing in close proximity to their foundations. Remove tree to prevent damage to neighbouring property. TPO 145W.
