- To remove overhanging branches on the two main roads Cartmell Beck and Appleby Walk which are currently a risk of injury to members of the public and liability if these cause damage to private property as branches keep falling in winds, on main roads and pathways. Remove dead branches from tree and any which were damaged pre our move in July. Remove low hanging branches on tree number 2 to remove risk of coming down on son and friends when they are playing in the garden. To reduce the thickness of the trees by 10% for trees 1,2,3,4 and 8 as per plan. We do not wish to alter the height simply slim the thickness as tree number 4 is restricting light to the house.
