- Description:
- T1 & T2 - LeylandiiApprox Height - 16m. Approx Spread - 14mLocation - Rear garden centreWork required- Fell as close to trees' current ground level as possible.Reason - as per clients instructions who would like me to add the following information.T1&2 - Leylandii trees cast shadow towards the garden room at the back of the garden and are too large for domestic gardens. Trees overhang the garden and provides excessive shading around sections of the garden where little grass can grow. This causes the ground surrounding to be dry due to lack of water/rain available. This does affect neighbours gardens who also have patches of grass not growing and have had complaints from them regarding these trees. Would like to remain on good terms with neighbours, so the trees would need to be removed and stumps ground. These trees grow too fast to just trim and roots are too deep rooted which is affecting the paving around the trees which is now sloping towards the neighbours side as well as lifting up. This is dangerous when walking along for access to the garden room. During the winter, concerns are with the adverse weather conditions (previously the storm), to reduce debris over the property and in neighbours' gardens. To give you context, these trees were here from the previous owner so we have not planted them nor would have allowed them to get this big!
