No fungle bodies found on stem nor within leaf litter. Crown has a southern dominance. Eastern primary stem is in extensive decline with minimal twig structure, insect holes and pecker marking . Multiple large historical prunning wounds throughout crown including main stem (outdating recent Occupiers occupancy). Given the extent of dieback on the Eastern lateral and high potential of the whole stem dieing. Remove 2 x eastern lateral . Shorten vertical branch by 1m. reduce Northern lateral branch work by 2m .(of over extended branch only.) Rebalance crown by reducing southern and western lateral branch work by up to 3m from branch tips blending with upper crown (no height Is to be removed.) Remove all major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. T2 Oak - No Access to the base to assess condition multiple historical wounds throughout crown. Crown vitality is good with moderate deadwood typical of species. Remove all major deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. Shorten lowest southern western lateral branches to maintain a 3m clearance from dwelling
