*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
Ashby House Main Road Ashby Cum Fenby North East Lincolnshire
Description:
G6 - Request to fell 4 x sycamore and to replant. work to be carried out over a two year period. Reasons for the request to fell. The trees within G6 are extremely tall and once they are in leaf, they completely block the sun light from the garden and house. During the initial telephone conversation with Dr Guest, we explored different options to increase the light within the garden, for example canopy lift but during the site visit, there were signs that a canopy lift had already been carried out on all trees within G6. It was agreed by both Dr Guest and I that if the canopies were lifted any more to get the desired outcome, there would be very little left of the trees. The other reason for the removal of the trees are because the location to the house and with these extreme weather conditions, Dr Guest is concerned that if the trees were to fail they would hit the house. Dr Guest is more than happy to replant.
