All Ash within W1 are affected by Ash Dieback (approx. 25-30), the applicant would like the option to remove them where necessary if they are considered to pose a threat to the safe use of the garden area. 6. Crown lift where necessary trees within W1 to a maximum height of 2.5m from ground level for access.
