Description:
My back lawn is 500mm below the house but the original builder of the house provided a path at the house and then separated the path from the lawn with a low level wall providing a sudden step of 500mm. The only way to the lawn is by going to either end of the wall which is 18.6m long. My plan is to install decking in the middle of the wall with stairs to provide immediate access to the lawn. The decking will be 3200mm long and 2000mm wide. Drawing No 1A illustrates the location of the decking and the design; there will also be additional photographs illustrating the area.
