Application for Lawful Development Certificate (Following Established Prior Approval Ref: 20/0121/PDE). Demolition of the existing single storey rear extension. Erection of a new single storey rear extension. Erection of the single storey rear extension of the width of the existing house - 6050mm, to project 6.00m beyond the the rear wall of the original house, , maximum height of 3.20m and height in the eaves 3.00m - measured from natural ground level. The existing single storey rear projection forms the part of the original dwelling. Please refer to the adjoining properties for reference. New addition to provide living/dining space for the family. The rear wall of the existing house will be partially demolished in order to connect with the new extension and the new beam (B1) of the appropriate size will be inserted (to be confirmed by certified structural engineer at the next stage of the project). Use plastic pipes. 60mm cement screed on a dpm on 100mm Kingspan on a 225mm concrete slab on a 1200 grade visqueen dpm on sand blinded compacted hardcore. Roof U Value = 0.18. High performance flat roof membrane - please refer to the Proposed Section drawing sheet. All external finishing materials to match existing house.
