- Within the group TPO 10102902, 2 x Fraxinus excelsior and 1 x Acer pseudoplatanus encroaching buildings. 11 Cropston road is a listed building with the 2x Ash less than 20cm from the roof out of leaf and on a calm day. To prevent damage to the roof I am applying to crown reduce the trees, our ID 089405 & 089415 by 3m to facilitate future growing without damaging the listed building. The Acer pseudoplatanus, our id 089430 to be crown reduced by 3m as this tree is less than 50cm from number 16 and encroaching the properties on the adjacent side. The trees will be reduced and balanced to best practice, however the trees do have phototropic growth characteristics due to group pressure. Further remedial work on the group and other trees on the will be carried out at the same time, deadwooding, crown lifting to accommodate foot traffic and vehicles, street light and ivy removal.
