Description:
We plan to remove three medium/large size trees from our over grown rear garden which has been unmaintained for at least 10 years during the previous owner's tenancy. Two of these are 80-90 percent dead, and the further Holly tree is growing sideways at an unnatural angle and leaning over the garden presenting a potential hazard. The upper canopy created by these unpruned trees over the years together with the neighbours' overhanging trees have prevented healthy growth in the lower canopy and ground level vegetation. Once removed we plan to re-landscape the garden and plant Magnolia and Cherry trees later this summer. See diagram attached.
