Description:
Property 175 High Street, Henley in Arden consists of 2 disparate properties that at some unknown previous date were adjoined by adding a staircase and knocking through the party wall. The north property is part of the Whitehouse and is a listed Grade II property, the south property is where I am seeking to carry out internal works and am seeking confirmation on whether this attached building is also listed. The works would consist of knocking through an internal rear wall through to the kitchen at the back of the property to improve the kitchen/diner area. The kitchen would be renewed and re appointed allowing for the kitchen window to be replaced with french doors leading out onto the small rear courtyard that contains a new brick garage and utility. From a safety point of view the french doors would allow an important fire escape route as the property presently only has one single means of egress.
