Ash leaf maple and 2.Silver birch. These trees sit on the boundary with the adjacent property. It is now twenty two years since these trees have been managed and are now causing serious problems in three ways :- 1. Interference with telegraph wire cables 2. disruption of the fence between the front garden of 5, Chara Place and the adjacent property at 3, Milnthorpe Road. 3. There is a crack from ground floor to first floor window of the adjacent property which may or may not have been caused from large tree root damage. I have taken advice from an authorised arborist who advises that suffficient crown reduction to remove entanglement with telegraph wires would be detrimental to the life of the trees and a better solution would be for removal and replacement with more suitable species in due course. thes... read more
