Description:
Sectional fell 1 x Horse Chestnut approximately 20 m in height at the front of the property on the boundary within 3 meters of Crown road 9 meters of the neighboring residential dwelling. Directly beneath the crown of the tree is the neighbors carport and also partially the neighbors work shop and office as seen in the attached photographs. There is excessive leaf litter from the tree into the neighboring property and when the canopy is in full leaf light penetration is greatly reduced resulting in excessive shading. Nikki Stranks diagram 2, reduction of a row of Leylandii Cypress trees by 8.0 meters approximately. The row is 67 meters long, originally planted as a hedge. The current managed height is approximately 3 meters however due to previous property owners limitations growth has been allowed to develop above this height up to 15 meters. The upper stem form of the trees is failing in places with stems breaking under stress. The row of Leylandii trees also create excessive shading to the back garden areas of the neighboring properties from Church Lane. The Leylandii Cypress trees also are of low amenity value.
