Mortar is in poor state of repair requires taking out of old mortar and repointing with the correct lime mortar. Proposed work will be completed by a specialist heritage stone mason, Rick Hughes. This will greatly improve the appearance of the property and restore it to its former appearance. Thatched roof requires re-thatch in 2016 as it is towards the end of its life.
