All four households 1-4 Turton Gardens experience severe difficulties with the trees:1. Loss of light in garden through excessive shading.2. Damage to grass and other plants beneath the trees, due to excessive shading and water take up.3. Damage to grass and other plants beneath due to excessive leaf fall and rotting.4. Damage to property within the gardens as a result of sap fall.5.
