*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:

Description:
We require the large sycamore tree in our garden to be removed. The tree leans heavily into our neighbours garden and covers a large portion of our garden. The tree blocks light into our kitchen where we only have one window for natural light. This means we have to have lights on regularly in the kitchen even in the summer due to the full leaves on the tree, consequently increasing our electricity bill. The tree also blocks sunlight into our neighbour's garden and rear of the property (number 11). We would like to replace the garden fence with a higher one, but this is difficult due to the amount the tree leans towards the fence. We are also unable to dry washing in the garden due to the overhang of the branches in the garden which results in birds mess on the clothes. This means re-washing or having to dry clothes within the house causing condensation and damp. The tree has been damaged by the previous owner of the property as they have screwed green netting around the trunk and it appears that at some point prior to us moving into the property that branches have been cut. It is stated within documents we have that the previous owner did not have any documentation around the TPO and was only informed there was one in existence by their solicitor. I did speak to somebody at Hart Council after moving into the property but I was told there were no tree officers I could speak to and wouldn't be for some time. The advice was to gain the opinion of a tree surgeon. We have done this and have been informed the tree is alive but have had the points above confirmed. We have been advised that it is not usual for a sycamore tree to have a TPO on it and that the tree surgeon can successfully remove the tree.We are applying to have the tree felled and propose to plant 1 standard apple tree in the same location.
