T1 - Horse Chestnut - Fell to ground levelT1 is a large tree in the front garden, it has a large cavity at 2.5m from ground level which extends 1.5m by 1/2 metre. The tree shed over 6 large limbs and at the point of failure large wounds have been left. The overall condition of the tree is poor with an expected life span of less than 10 years. The target area is high with parking, garden use and a public footpath directly under the canopy of the tree. Given the historic limb failure and cavities noted I believe this tree to be dangerous and required felling.
