Sycamore tree in back garden, not covered by a TPO but within the Swann Lane conservation area. Requesting permission to fell this small Sycamore at the end of our back garden.The tree currently stands over a childrens play area at the back of our garden. Having spoken to a local arborist, they advised that the tree is not on secure footings and was not "planted intentionally". As the children play underneath this tree, we are concerned for their safety and recent high winds caused some damage to the play equipment when a branch fell. HAR/CA26, TPO#: 69W, TPO#: 132W.
