*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
Tree A - sycamore with tight union within the boundary of 81A and just over 3 meters from neighbours property. If this tree cannot be removed to prevent damage to neighbours foundations and prevent tree growing on with this tight union (tree would hit the properties if either side failed) tree owner has requested a maintenance programme be recommended by SMBC to prevent the tree from becoming an issue moving forward. Site inspection welcomed and advice would be appreciated.Tree B - birch - light formative prune to encourage the crown to spread laterally and improve overall shape of canopy. Approx 20% reduction over all. See pics for further insight Tree C - yew - to the right of drive way of 81 the crescent. Tree is multi stemmed with v type unions. On inspection there is soil and alot of woodlouse within the union. Request to complete a crown reduction via thinning and a crown lift to reduce the weight of the crown on these low V unions. Customers is also exploring the possibility of a brace for the stem leaning towards his property. Owner loves the tree but is concerned about its structural integrity. A site visit and advice from SMBC is requested for this tree. Tree line D - Ash/holly/Holly Situated in boundary of 81b the hollies have already been passed for a tidy up over a year ago here. I'd like to reapply for these as the customer doesn't want them doing yet but may in the next 2 years.. the Ash tree the customer also doesn't want touching but on inspection it is very sparse so I want to request permission to prune or remove this tree if it does die back further and become a hazard in the next 2 years. Currently no intention prune or remove, this tree as the is no significant dead wood but it is leaning somewhat and in decline so this approach could change in the next 2 years. See pics for further insight. HAR/CA10.
