This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Status not known
- Address:
- The Lodge Mauldeth Road Heaton Moor Stockpor
- Description:
- T1 - beech. Remove entire tree. Tree has compromised structural integrity due to massive open wound holding water on the tension side of the tree. Tree is heavily weighted towards the property and has delignifification in a huge open surface wound in the stem. Tree owner showed me Google images to identify some orange fruiting bodies they took from the base when 'tidying up'. Not present at time of arborist inspection but I think the tree in it's condition in this location is a hazard and should unquestionably be removed to mitigate the risk of failure. T2 - bird cherry in lawn remove as grown in wrong location T3 - tree on boundary in golf course land - crown reduction by 2.5meters to maintain the boundary. Pruning to BS3998 Group 4 - magnolia and damson - formative prune T5 - mountain ash in decline.
