*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
The Lodge Mauldeth Road Heaton Moor Stockpor
Description:
T1 - beech. Remove entire tree. Tree has compromised structural integrity due to massive open wound holding water on the tension side of the tree. Tree is heavily weighted towards the property and has delignifification in a huge open surface wound in the stem. Tree owner showed me Google images to identify some orange fruiting bodies they took from the base when 'tidying up'. Not present at time of arborist inspection but I think the tree in it's condition in this location is a hazard and should unquestionably be removed to mitigate the risk of failure. T2 - bird cherry in lawn remove as grown in wrong location T3 - tree on boundary in golf course land - crown reduction by 2.5meters to maintain the boundary. Pruning to BS3998 Group 4 - magnolia and damson - formative prune T5 - mountain ash in decline. Significantly reduce for habitat T6/7. 2 x magnolias in nrighbouring property- Inglewood - formatively prune and reduce for light 1.5 meters T8 - neighbours tree in inglewood see pics. Reduce as shown in pics but permission to remove in the future if required as growing with poor architecture in amenity border and trim conifersT9/T10/T11 - Oak tree prune to 2.5m over high way and crown reduction by 2meters - pruning to bs3998 T12 - twin stem beech - crown reduction by 2.5meters. Pruning to BS3998 Group 13 - oak and sycamore prune to 2.5 over high way - crown reduction by 2.5meters to maintain the boundary. Pruning to BS3998. HAR/CA21, TPO 71N.
