- Description:
- This application is for a full crown reduction of 3 Beech trees situated on the boundary line of 1 Harrendon. The trees are currently overhanging 3 Harrendon and have previously been reduced all round to allow more light into the properties and keep the lateral limbs away from both properties. The Beech trees have grown into 1 crown and a reduction of 1.5-2m on the lateral limbs and 1m in height to create 1 overall well shaped and balanced crown. On the other side of the garden are 2 Sweet Chestnut trees which are growing toward the house and hanging substantially over the garden. We would like to reduce these lateral limbs by 1.5-2m to create less shading in the garden and around the properties.

- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Application withdrawn before a decision was taken
- Address:
- 1 Harendon Tadworth Surre
- Description:
- My clients neighbouring garden has 3 large beech trees overhanging his land. He wishes to reduce the lateral growth of the overhanging branches. I am proposing to cut back the lateral growth over the garden of 3 Harendon from the neighbouring property by 2 metres to suitable growth points causing minimal damage to the trees health. This will also enable the beech trees to regrow naturally to suitable growth points. Cutting back will enable more light into my clients garden and property, improving natural growth to other garden plants and shrubs whilst maintaining the health of the trees.
