Price Date Annual growth After inflation £1,600,000 * Jan 2021 3.4% 1.5% £1,100,000 Nov 2009 na na *This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Description:
- 1 x Aesculus hippocastanum (Diseased) 1 x Acer cultivar (Lopsided growth) 1 x Acer pseudoplatanus (uneven growth) We would like to remove the above trees to make room for the planting of 3 - 5 semi mature bio secure trees that would be more suitable for the coastal setting, for example Alamanchier or Crataegus. Please see the attached documents. As a group the existing trees are a 'stamp collection' of differing unrelating cultivars with differing forms and habitats that do not form a cohesive group. They have not coped well with the exposed position close to the coast (there are no buildings to provide shelter between the trees and the sea) and their grown has been distorted by the prevailing south westerlies. New tree planting would introduce more spring blossom for pollinators, autumn berries as a wildlife food source and less shading, allowing for underplanting to benefit insects as well as a being more aesthetically pleasing horticulturally.
