Status:
Application withdrawn before a decision was taken
Address:
27 Sheep Street Shipston-On-Stou
Description:
Proposal is to remove the current screed covering the concrete floor base and replace with underfloor heating and limestone floor tiles. This will be in the lounge and utility area of the ground floor. The kitchen floor does not have a screed floor covering and is concrete, so proposal is to add limestone tiles to the current concrete floor in the kitchen without altering its level and ensure that the lounge floor height matches this. Therefore, there will be minimal (15 mmm floor tile) increase in the current floor height after adding the underfloor heating, as the floors need to be the same level throughout the whole of the downstairs floor area. This does not account for the current floor (laminate and underlay). In total the floor will only increase by approximately 2mm after removal of the laminate and replacement of the limestone tile.
