- Address:
- 1 Barlow Fold Romiley Stockpor
- Description:
- We are requesting permission to remove a Pine tree in the middle and towards the rear of our garden. The reasons are as follows.1. The tree is ugly as it displays large areas of dead brown foliage and detracts from my efforts to develop a well stocked and attractive garden. Also neighbours cats have used it as a scratching post and the bark on the trunk looks ratty. 2. The roots of the tree are now on the surface and above my lawn in a number of places thus destroying the lawn where they appear defeating to a degree the lawn treatments from Green Thumb. 3. Pine trees are not a UK plants and I propose replacing it with half standard mature Rowan trees in better positions in the rear garden. HAR/CA2
