Formal application to fell a silver birch within Group One of Holbeach Tree Preservation Order No 4 1971. The location of the tree is in the rear garden of 5 Lime Grove, Holbeach,in the vicinity of the south eastern corner. At the time of this application the silver birch was dying and appeared to be infected by birch polypore(Piptoporus betulinus). Consent was given by e-mail on 14th October 2014 to remove the tree, a replacement to be planted.
