Description:
Reduce height and girth of 5 yews forming a hedge on the south side of East End Lane and North West Corner of the property. The hedge has been allowed to bolt and now stands 10 to 12 feet high causing excessive shading. The sides are currently held in to the centre using wires and ropes to stop them falling into the drive and the public road. The inside of the hedge is without green life due to the hedge's own shading. Over time we would like to shape and maintain the plants into a traditional hedge, prolonging the life of the plants, ensuring it no longer encroaches onto the public road, our path to the side gate and the drive. The reason for the works is aesthetic for us and our neighbours, reduce shading and for the long term health of the hedge.
