T1 ASH When viewed from the rear garden of 58 Troutbeck Road, right hand limb, reduce the overhang by removing the right hand portion into the fork. Limb central in the crown overhanging the property, remove into the main stem. Low limb on the left hand side, reduce by 50%. Reduce the remaining portion of the canopy on the property side by 2-3 meters back in line with the boundary. All of the above will greatly reduce the encroachment leading over the footpath and garden. This tree is mature and has succumb to storm damage in the past, and the proposed work would help to reduce the risk of branch failure and allow more light to enter the garden. T3 HAWTHORN This tree overhangs the footpath and encroaches into the garden by 1.5 meters. I have proposed to prune back this overhang by 1-1.5 meters to maintain the existing growth. T4 OAK This tree overhangs the footpath and encroaches into the garden. This tree is bias on the property side due to suppression on the golf course side. I have proposed to prune back this overhang by 2-3 meters to maintain the existing growth, reduce the encroachment and help re-balance the tree. T5 HORSECHESTNUT This tree overhangs the footpath and encroaches into the garden. This tree is bias on the property side due to suppression on the golf course side.
