Planning
November 2019
- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Status not known
- Address:
- 144 The Street Little Waltham Chelmsfor
- Description:
- Conifers x3 - rear garden - fell - Reason: trees are of no amenity value and are now getting too large for the garden and impacting light into the house. There are hedges, trees and fences around the garden, which is not overlooked and so this should not impact on neighbours or others.

- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Status not known
- Address:
- 144 The Street Little Waltham Chelmsfor
- Description:
- Beech Tree - middle of the rear lawn. Fell the tree (Reason: because of excessive shading and low amenity value. The tree is now causing shadow across much of the lawn area and borders. The grass around the tree is dying. Our garden has bushes and trees around the borders, partly to protect against the school next door and a former wood yard. The wood yard now has private storage buildings. The tree does not seem to be visible from the village street, and we do not believe that its removal would have any impact on the conservation area. We would like to remove it so that we can regenerate the rest of the garden which is now suffering from the shade. As noted, we have other shrubs/trees around most of the border of the rear garden)
