To supersede the recently granted planning permission (Ref. No: 19/01627/FUL) to demolish existing bungalow and build new 2 bed dormer house with more attractive design.The approved designs for a two bed dormer style property do not efficiently make use of the footprint space available. I'd like to understand what scope there is to build a conventional two storey house with pitched roof, perhaps with three bedrooms, and perhaps up to the boundary line adjacent to the car parking for the church. I believe a property similar in external appearance and mass to numbers 8 and 10 Connaught Road would be suitable to the site. A further consideration is the impact of any new dwelling on the light entering a side window of number 6.
