- Description:
- Horse Chestnut Tree - Fell because causing damage to the shared fence and my 18 month old daughter tries to eat the conkers which fall from the tree onto the drive. We had previously asked for this tree to be trimmed back to the boundary (see application 21/01584/ATC) but after the tree surgeon came to review he said it will require more work all around the tree. The tree resides on our neighbours land (David Gibbon) and he has confirmed he would also like the tree to be felled as the tree is too large and causing damage to his car.
