Description:
Applying for retrospective planning consent for the erection of a garden fence on the boundary of 30 Dilly Lane with Lynric Close. The fence replaced ten old leylandii trees and a previous dilapidated fence see photo attached . The Leylandii trees were overgrown and in excess of twenty feet in height. They overhung the verge and boundary with Lynric Close. We had realized that the roots of the trees were interfering with the main sewer which runs along this boundary. The height of the new fence is 6 ft and 60 feet long. it is constructed of timber panels and concrete posts. The height is sufficient to provide privacy for our property and the other adjacent rear gardens in Dilly lane whilst also providing privacy for the residents of the properties which are opposite the boundary in Lynric Close and which are in an elevated position.
