Based on an internal area of 249 m², this implies a valuation between £941,000 and £1,243,000. Treat this as context only. The Willows 102 High Street Landbeach Cambridge Cambridgeshire
Description:
There is a corkscrew willow (Salix matusudana) at the bottom of our garden. It is growing in the position marked with an X on the diagram. I know these trees are short-lived and I suspect this one might be reaching the end of its life as some of its branches are dying back..We want to have it cut down as it is taking a lot of water from an already very dry garden. It has a split trunk which I know is not desirable and its also too close to a high brick wall so might cause problems for the foundations of the wall with its shallow roots. .We have already planted two extra trees in our garden and hope to plant more..
