Address:
31 Mylne Close, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire,
Description:
1x Oak Tree Located in the rear garden of 31 Mylne Close, its with great shame that the tree has nearly 20% life in its canopy and in sever decline. This seems to be a mixture of parasites, Fungi and certainly beetles present, the trunk has some major rots one of around 18 inches ,20% of the trees trunk on the north east side of the tree. Were looking for the TPO to be removed from the tree so this can be managed as needed in the future, we currently plan to reduce canopy into around 3m above first fork this is a major reduction of about 70% of the crown removing 6-8m off height and width. Works will ensure decline of the tree dosn't put neighbours at risk, and possibility of a new lease of life may be looked at for the tree. Further works of reducing regrowth in 5 years if appears or removing the tree completely is advised, if the tree dies in 5-10 years, hence the sensible option to remove the TPO currently protecting the tree.
