Description:
Crown reduction of Oak tree (T1) on boundary adjacent to driveway to the below specificationReduce lateral overhang on clients side, back to suitable growth points (up to 2.5metres lateral reduction), so as to maintain the aesthetics of the tree, whilst reducing encroachment over drive as much as possible. The reduction will be completed to the clients side of the canopy where it is over hanging your property, and the over extended limbs will be brought back in line with the rest of the canopy. This reduction will be blended into the remaining canopy as required to leave a natural look to the tree (however the overall height and remaining canopy will not be reduced - due to the fact they are shaded by surrounding trees, so not grown to the same extent) To include the removal of all deadwood over 50mm diameter from the canopy overhanging or close to your boundary

Description:
We wish to remove a mature fir tree at the southwest corner of the garden, immediately adjacent to the drive. The fir tree is crowding out two old apple trees behind it, blocking their light and forcing them to grow outwards and become unbalanced. We want to retain the apple trees and encourage them to grow. The fir tree is not protected by a Tree Preservation Order. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that the apple trees will need pruning back once the fir tree has been removed in order to encourage growth above the tree trunks.

Description:
Request to remove some coniferous trees :1. One fir tree on the north border of the property has been quite heavily damaged down one side - possibly as a result of another tree falling on it. It is unsightly and too close to another tree.2. There are several leylandii cypress trees on the western border of the property, on our side of the border with Sunnyside. These have grown very large and are crowding out other more attractive deciduous trees. We intend to replace these trees with more appropriate trees and possibly also a hedge to maintain privacy between the two properties, but there are also existing trees and shrubs within Sunnyside that provide this cover. Our neighbours in Sunnyside were OK with this suggestion when we spoke with them.3. One fir tree on the south border of the property at the end of the driveway from Nottingham Road. The tree has very few live branches all the way up to the crown, but is crowding out other more attractive trees.
