This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

- Description:
- The condition relates to the 'first three courses indicating the stone coursing, pointing and mortar colour alongside a sample of the proposed coping finish'. The intention is to make it look like the previous drystone wall. The proposed finish is then for local Monmouth building stone (reclaimed from previous drystone wall mixed with similar) cut and joined to the structural wall and without pointing to provide an appearance similar to the previous dry stone wall, mortar used therefore not visible behind the stonework. Please see attached photograph detailing style. Coping as per planning and conservation officer's advice, propose a 'soldiers' style which is what was also on the previous drystone wall. Any attaching mortar used on the coping would only be visible on the rear face of the wall blended into the already approved rendered rear surface. Colour to match mortar already used in the main house. (DM/2020/00530).
