I've spoken to the local council and although there are trees locally under TPO they do not believe mine is but said to submit this incase it was. The tree is in y front garden, I wish to cut back the tree it is mishapen and needs reshaping and tidying up. I would get someone to cut some off the top and sides.. I will not be removing the tree.
