Four oak trees which, together with a thorn, are subject to TPOs as described in VRDC TPO Delamere Park Phase 9, No2, Cuddington, 1981. The trees are on my property (14, CW82UH) and their position is defined as Group G1 in the Schedule of Existing Trees in the above TPO and their position is indicated on the site plan attached to the above TPO. The intention is to lift the crowns of the oaks by removing some of the lower minor branches which have grown over the past few years to the detriment of the view from my property. Also to remove some dead branches from the centres of the oaks, this last solely in the interest of the health of the trees.
