This application is concerning the conversion of the loft and addition of a pod only. The demolition will involve removing the roof at the rear of the existing hip and the roof secondary to this. This will be replaced with a roof going horizontal from the hip and being finished to the existing eaves by a 70deg pitch roof. The conversion of the main loft space will also include pertial demolition of the existing roof in order to in order to fit a conservation roof light as per drawings.
