T1-My address is 8 Vine Road, Barnes SW13 0NE (on the corner of Westwood Ave) and my reasons I am looking to take this tree down are multiple. This tree is large (well over 20 feet) and hangs over my driveway and the pears keep falling on my car (denting it), despite my best efforts at continually cutting it back. Equally, when the over-ripe pears fall down, my dog keeps eating them and continually gets diahhorea. And finally, I would like to astroturf my garden and the tree would make it difficult to do this. My children use this garden to play in everyday because they are too young to go and play unaccompanied in Vine Park. However, today when they play in the garden, the grass always has a large brown patch which constantly looks ugly - in the summer it's brown and in the winter, it's a mud patch.
