Planning applications
- Planning ref:

- Type:
- Tree and hedge works
- Status:
- Application approved
- Address:
- 21 Devonshire Park Road Davenport Stockpor
- Description:
- The tree is a laburnum growing at the raised edge of my front garden in the middle. The height of the garden is 1 metre. Very little of the tree, and of that only one thin trunk, is in my garden; it hangs over the pedestrian pathway in front of my house. The tree grows at an angle of 45 degrees. There are four separate trunks which intertwine. I wish to remove the tree completely, if allowed. I have two reasons. Firstly, I have always been concerned about the bits which fall off as I've been told they are dangerous to animals and children. Secondly, the branches are now hanging lower than when we first moved in (18 yrs ago) and neighbours and pedestrians have commented on these branches as possible H&S issues. I believe that they are dangerous because of their low hanging but also that the weight outside the garden edge is becoming heavier than the weight in the garden. I don't want to replace this tree. HAR/CA9.
