Discharge of Conditions 4 (driveway details and suds) and Condition 5 (dropped kerb access) of planning permission DC/072400.Can I please take this oportunity to formally apologise for not seeking discharge of these conditions prior to the work commencing. This is a combination of my failure to fully understand the prcess, and being told misleading informaton from the contractor. Hopefully the attached is all suitable, but any issues please let me know.Condition 4 - The driveway is constructed in Pattern Imprinted concrete to a suitable depth including hardcore. Water to drain away from public road into a drainage channel. 30% (that around the garage and side) of this to go into soakaway, and the remaining into existing roof water drains.
