These works are in the interest of the potential new owner of the land as we are looking to sell this to the homeowner to the rear 11 Bellamy Close. As our property is in no way is attached and further three gardens away (old styling gardens) and makes more geographical sense for this reason. this would enable them to remove the fence to the rear and with this section removed open up the garden. should the proposal be acceptable we would be more than happy to replant 2x higher value species withing the garden to add longer term enhancement.
