We would like to dismantle tree to ground level, tree has heart rot due to steel cable running through and tree is growing around this. Tree is dying at the base and branches are falling off onto property and into garden, it has cracked the wall and lifted the garden patio due to the large roots. This tree is very high for a residential area and we believe its dangerous and we would like to have it removed asap please. We are unsure is this is in a conservation area but believe the tree is protected.
